Today we are sharing performance data from the Prosper Portfolio for April 2023.
Highlights from the Prosper Performance Update – April 2023:
- Dollar % of AA-B rated loan originations in April comprised approximately 59.6% of total loan originations, representing a 1.1% increase month-over-month
- Average Loan Size in April increased by 1.3% month-over-month due to higher mix of AA-B rated loan originations
- Weighted Average Borrower Rate for April originations increased month-over-month to 17.0%
- Median Prosper loan to Income (PTI) monthly payment ratio for April remained unchanged month-over-month at 5.6%
