I hereby grant in perpetuity to Prosper Marketplace, Inc. and its affiliates (collectively, “Prosper”) permission to use and publish my photo and likeness, my first name, my state of residence, and my feedback, comments, suggestions or testimonial (collectively “Content”) in any medium or form of distribution without restriction as to editing, changes or transformation (including but not limited to in conjunction with my own or a fictitious name), without payment or other consideration. I hereby release and hold harmless Prosper from any reasonable expectation of privacy or confidentiality associated with my Content.
I acknowledge that my consent is voluntary and waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising or related to the use of my Content. I hereby hold harmless and release and forever discharge Prosper, its officers, directors, employees, contractors, affiliates, agents and any third parties involved in the creation or publication of marketing materials from any liability for any all claims by me or any third party has or may have by reason of this authorization.
I am at least 18 years of age. I have read this agreement before accepting this Content Release.
