Prosper Performance Update – February 2021

Today we are sharing performance data from the Prosper Portfolio for February 2021.

Highlights from the report include:

  • In February, approximately 81% of originations were rated AA-B slightly lower than in the prior month.
  • The average loan size in February was ~13k, and average borrower income was ~108k in February, remaining relatively flat month-over-month.
  • The weighted average borrower rate for February originations increased 20 bps month-over-month, driven by a higher mix of C-HR rated loan originations.
