Customers previously used a third-party platform to manage their accounts, but by building its own in-house servicing platform, Prosper can now better control the user experience and seamlessly add features and services based on customer needs in less time. The new cohesive desktop and mobile app experience provides easy-to-use account management tools for customers to see their card details, make payments, and set alerts for peace of mind.
