This offer is limited to a new Prosper Card account opened between 11/14/2025 and 12/15/2025 through the Experian Credit Match platform. To qualify for cash rewards, a total of at least $1,000 in net purchases must post to your account within 90 days of the date your Prosper Card account is booked (the “Net Purchase Period”). 3% cash rewards are earned as three cents ($0.03) for every $1 in qualifying net purchases which post to your credit card account, up to a maximum of $50 in rewards. Net purchases means purchases or transactions, minus any returns or credits other than credits reflecting payments, posted to your account during the offer time period. This offer may be extended at any time and for any duration at Prosper’s sole discretion. The following do not qualify for inclusion in the calculation of net purchases: ATM transactions; cash advances of any kind; wire transfers; foreign currency; cash equivalents such as money orders, prepaid gift cards, and travelers cheques; dating services; escort services; gambling; racing; betting such as lottery tickets, casino gaming chips, off-track betting and wagers; bets or wagers transmitted over the internet; fees such as late fees, annual fees, and paper statement fees. Cash rewards will be applied as statement credits to offset the net balance on your account as of the date the statement credits are applied. In order to receive statement credits, your account must be open and in good standing on the date the statement credit is applied. Statement credits will post to your account within 30-60 days after the Net Purchase Period ends. Rewards have cash value only in the form of statement credits.
