Purpose of loan: This loan, along with my current capital, will be used to acquire and renovate a single family residence in the northern suburbs of Birmingham, Alabama.
My financial situation: Very secure. I work as an attorney and have been with my current employer for six years. I have a debt to income ratio of less than 10%, my monthly living expenses are less than 20% of my monthly income, and I have less than $5,000 in outstanding credit card debt.
I am a good candidate for this loan because over the last three years, I have successfully acquired and renovated six single family properties in Birmingham and Atlanta. I have been able to employ my older brother, a former homebuilder, as my contractor and property manager. Buy a KAY Acoustic Upright Bass
Purpose of loan:
I have been playing Acoustic Upright Bass for about 30 years, as a hobby, and I have reached to point where I would like to upgrade my instrument. I am looking at 50 year old Vintage Kay Acoustic Upright Basses which are preferred for playing Bluegrass/Country/Folk Music. I will be preserving a wonderful piece of American history and using it to make "Live" acoustic music on every occasion that I can. I am saving up funds to buy one of these beautiful Basses, however, I found a particular instrument that I want to make an offer on before someone else acquires it. this Is why I chose to request a new Prosper Loan.
My financial situation:
I am a good candidate for this loan because I always pay my bills on time and in full. I have a excellent income as a digital systems specialist(process computers), my wife is a practicing Registered Nurse, and we own a couple of rental homes that provide additional income. Also, I always take the small proceeds that I get from playing this music and put it back into the cost of the instruments. I believe I would be a great candidate for a Prosper Loan. I have one small outstanding Prosper loan(under $1700) that was used to finish the funding for my daughters wedding. I use automatic payments and am never late. Debt consolidation
Purpose of loan:
This loan will be used to payoff three credit cards. We utilzed one credit card for 14 months at zero percent interest rate to assist with purchasing my wife's vehicle. The other two cards each had zero percent for 12 months but they are now charging 12 percent. We have the availabilty on our HELOC, but, the balance on a revolver line should never exceed more than 75% of the total credit line. I'm currently paying approx. $1,200 per month on these three cc's to liquidate them asap....this rate is a little high but considering overall, it's the right decision. This loan will be paid as agreed.

I made a recent move from NH to NJ to be able to re-enter the mortgage field for work. I was in the business for over 20 years and with the economy for the last 5 years I left that due to unsteady work. This Jan I moved to get back into my chosen field and am looking to be able to further advance my career through more education and obtaining my certifications once more.

Remodel Rental Property - Austin TX
This loan will be used to finish updating both units of a 1950?s duplex I own in the Clarksville neighborhood of Austin, TX. Clarksville is an in demand neighborhood walking distance to the state capital and downtown (if you like walking in triple digit heat). I?m converting to central HVAC, insulating the attic and walls, changing out some windows/doors and modernizing the kitchens and bathrooms. Basically a gut rehab, which I?ve already started. Like every older rental I?ve fixed up once you open the walls up and see the state of the wiring, plumbing, structure, etc your costs go up. The good news is the Austin rental market is white hot, 96+% occupancy with rents going up fast. I?ve been getting $1225-1275 for these units, based on current comps once remodeled I should get $1650-1725, a 30% increase that should pay for the remodel in 4-5 years.
I own a portfolio of rental properties in Austin, TX and my net after mortgages (including escrow for taxes and insurance) and routine maintenance is $10,000+/- month. That said I?m also remodeling 4 apartment units in a 27 unit complex I own over by Austin?s famous natural spring-fed pool, Barton Springs. Remodeling 6 units at one time is pretty taxing on the free cash flow hence the need to borrow to get the 1950?s duplex finished.
