Thrive
I am in my late twenties and for the past few years have been buying distressed/foreclosed properties fixing them up and reselling for profit. I started doing this after the market fell. Believe it or not I got started by being funded by a $25,000 Prosper loan. I repaid this fully with never being late. I have had a great experience with peer to peer lending which I prefer over big banks.
I would be using this sum of money to expand my business in acquiring another property and having funds to complete the repairs. I usually have property from 4-8 months and have always sold a property for profit. I have never not repaid a debt. Failing is not an option. Integrity I believe is even tied to repaying a loan.I do what it takes to get the job done. The greatest evidence that I have the money to repay this and will is that I recently repaid a prosper loan that I took out over 3 years. Now I would like to continue the process.

Consolidating debt and paying taxes
Purpose of loan:
This loan will be used to consolidate the last of my wife & my credit card expenses while paying several thousand in tax payments in April. I owe taxes this year since I own a condo (long term tenant). Unfortunately, I am prevented from claiming interest until I sell the property.
