This loan will be used to pay off my high interest cards. As soon as the opportunity arose, these companies just hiked their interest rates. So I closed my accounts and I would like to pay them off. That amount does not include a HELOC that I opened in 2005. In addition, I recently paid off a couple credit cards. 2) Yes, I can verify my income via W2 statements and recent pay stubs.
