Group leaders are not permitted to refer to themselves or their group using the following terms in their group title or description:

• Bank
• Banker
• Banking
• Credit union
• Industrial bank
• Industrial loan company
• Investment and loan
• Prosper
• Thrift and loan
• Trust
• Trustee
• Trust company
• Savings and loan
• Savings association
• Savings bank
