Site Maintenance and Outages

The Prosper site is occasionally taken off-line for regular maintenance and upgrades. These maintenance periods typically last less than one hour (usually much less), and are announced at least one hour in advance at the top of every page on the site. While the site is under maintenance, your information will remain secure and will not be lost or forgotten. Listings, bids, and loan servicing will continue during the maintenance period.

Although we take every precaution against letting them happen, the Prosper site may experience outages during which lenders cannot view listings or place bids and borrowers cannot create listings. Should such an outage occur, listings, bidding, and loan servicing should continue once service is restored.
