Soliciting Bids from Prosper Lenders

Soliciting (asking for) bids from existing Prosper members is not allowed under any circumstances. Even if a lender has previously bid on a listing of yours (which expired without funding), contacting that lender to request a bid on your latest listing is not allowed.

Lenders who receive solicitations from borrowers can easily report such messages as spam or abuse. If you are found to be sending messages to existing Prosper members soliciting bids, your listing will be withdrawn by Prosper, and your account may be suspended. Repeated occurrences may result in termination of your registration with Prosper.
