If your listing ends with enough bids to equal your requested loan amount, you decide whether or not you wish to take the loan at the ending interest rate. If you want the loan, funds will be deposited into your bank account within a few days and your credit report and score will reflect the new loan. Prosper may conduct a final identity verification before funds are released.
