My role is to ensure the health of our group by helping you become a successful Prosper borrower.

Your successful loan management equals our group success! Your consistent repayment positively impacts the health of the group's reputation and our opportunity to receive more loans in the future. When you repay your loan on time, our group moves forward together!

If you are late or default, you could prevent others from having the same opportunity to receive a loan from the Prosper community and our group reputation will suffer. If you are having a problem with your payments, please contact me first; I might be able to guide you!

Here are some hints to create a successful loan listing...

Communicate with your members regularly to ensure a strong bond and a good reputation.

1. Connect when they join

Establish strong and open communication as soon as members join
Send a welcome email to members the minute they join (see example at right)
Call each member on the phone

2. Connect when they borrow

When new borrowers join your group, help them create a strong listing
Require listing review to give final approval to each member's listing
If a borrower's listing expires without funding, offer some pointers for improvement

3. Maintain ongoing contact

Send a weekly newsletter to your group by using Prosper's "contact all members" link on your group page
Write a blog about your group and include news and tips. This can also attract lenders
Set up a group gathering in a local venue
