Year-end Lender Statement

« Back to help topics

Your year-end lender statement is a snapshot of your lending account at the end of each calendar year. The statement is created as of the end of the day (11:59 PM) on the last day of every year, and is made available in "My Account > Statements" within a few weeks of the end of the year.

The year-end statement is particularly important because along with the Consolidated Form 1099, it provides lenders with accounting information that may be helpful when preparing their taxes. Learn more about lender tax reporting.
