How can I estimate the monthly payments on loans I might make?
Just use the borrower loan calculator for an example of how your borrower's monthly payments will be paid, including a breakdown for each payment's principal and interest components.
Here are a couple of example loans with links to the loan calculator:
Will I get more detail once I've made a loan to a borrower?
Absolutely. If you've already made a loan to a borrower, go to "My Account > Lending", click on "Search loans", and find the loan that you've made. Click on the loan ID or title to see the loan detail.
On the loan detail page, you'll see the exact details of the loan amount, rate, and origination date. As payments come in, you'll see the principal, interest, and fee breakdown for those payments, even if the borrower made an extra or off-cycle payment. Learn more about borrower payments.
