Just download these Microsoft Word templates, add your group and personal information, and print out your own recruiting materials for your Prosper group.

Ideas: Leave a stack of custom business cards at places where your group congregates. This could be your religious institution, gym class, or any social or professional meeting place. Or, use the PR Toolkit to send a press release about your group to your local newspaper.

	Link Buttons Copy and paste these links and buttons into your web site, blog, or discussion board signature to advertise your group. Go to your group's home page, scroll to the bottom, and click "Link to group".

Instructions for flyers and postcards

There are no special instructions to print the documents with the exception of the Postcard. We recommend printing on 90 lb. white paper stock for the Full Flyer and 2-up Flyer. Printing in color is recommended to get the most visual impact. If a color printer is not available, set your printer settings to the highest quality output.

Printing Instructions for Postcard

The postcard needs to be printed front-to-back. If you are intending to use this as a mailer, we recommend 100lb white card stock to enable mailing via the US Postal Service.

If your printer has capabilities to print front-to-back, use this setting. If your printer does not have the capabilities, read the instructions below. Note, depending on your printer and setting, you may need to experiment to get the best results. The instructions below were tested on an HP LaserWriter and HP InkJet. Results may vary.

Open the 2up Postcard.
You will want to print the second page with your personal information, not the first page with the graphics.
Click print, choose page range and enter 2-2.
Click OK.
After printing, place the document in your document feeder to allow the first page to print on the other side. As mentioned above, depending on your setup, place the document face up onto your manual feed or paper tray.
Click print, choose page range and enter 1-1.
Click OK.

Note: opening these files in other software applications may cause formatting to be lost.
