Fund Your Listing

How do I fund my listing early?

You have the option of receiving your funds early instead of waiting for the listing to close at the end of the time period you specified. For example, you post a 7-day listing but by day three you have received enough bids to fund the full amount of the loan. If you are satisfied with the interest rate and don't care to have it bid down, feel free to end the listing early. You have the freedom to fund your loan at any time and at any interest rate your listing has generated.

To fund your loan early, go to "My Account > Borrowing" and click on "Fund loan now." If your listing is not 100% funded (that is, the amount of bids placed does not total the full amount you are requesting in your loan), you will not be able to fund your loan early.

When you click "Fund loan now", you will be asked to confirm that you want to fund your loan at the current interest rate. After confirmation, the listing will end immediately, and your listing will be sent to listing review. Learn more about listing review.

What if my listing ends with less than 100% funding?

If your listing runs out of time and is not yet 100% funded, no loan will be created. If you want to try again, you can create a new listing at no charge. If you had trouble attracting enough bids the first time, you should check the historical loan rates table, and consider lowering the amount requested and/or raising the interest rate to attract more lenders.
