What are statements?

Statements chronicle your monthly activity on Prosper for your records. Statements can always be accessed from the "My Account > Statements" page. There are two kinds of statements:

How often will I receive a statement?

You will receive one statement monthly for each role that you play on Prosper (borrower or lender). Borrowers will receive their statements once a month five days after their loan payment due date. Lenders will receive the previous month's statement during the second week of each calendar month, and a year-end statement shortly after the end of each calendar year.

Why can't I view my statements?

Adobe Reader is required to view statements. You can download Adobe Reader for free from the Adobe web site.

Also, monthly lender statements from previous calendar years are automatically deleted from the site. Please save old statements offline for long-term storage.
