·GL helping you write an effective description that explains why you need a loan, how you intend to pay it back. Group members will receive template files and examples to use in writing their loan listing

·GL advertising on the borrower’s behalf to help get the borrower successfully 100% funded
·GL placing bids on your loan. If the GL generates bids on a loan, it shows trust in the borrower. And this will help you get to the 5% level quicker so that you can verify your bank account with Prosper

Endorsement and Vetting from GL – Vetting website exists and will gladly vet for you and post recommendations based on what documents you send. This will help your loan listing. Feel free to fax to me or email me documents as attachments that show your household income, income source, pay stubs, household expenses, credit history, current debts, credit card bills, or anything else that will help you. Send attachments to hartlanddesi@gmail.com OR you can fax documents to (253) 541-4362. This is my email fax number and will allow me to view your documents through Adobe Acrobat .pdf file format. Be sure to cross thru or black out sensitive personal information such as your Social Security Number.
How Long Does Prosper’s process take to get a loan – This can be a few weeks because Prosper needs to verify your identity, income, bank account, home ownership, etc. Your prosper listing can be up to 10 days in duration. And then there is the time for funds transfer to your bank account.
What is Prosper.com - Prosper offers person to person lending to anyone and you can set your own interest rate. You can borrow money OR you can lend money to anyone (minimum $50). People who have money to lend bid on their loan requests in an online, auction-style format, and Prosper handles all the tasks needed for payment and collection of the loan.
Why borrow money – To get rid of debt, consolidate high credit card loans, fund home improvement projects, build your credit history, repair your credit history where you have none, or any other reason. You can borrow between $1,000 to $25,000. You do not have to join a Group, but if you do, it is much easier to get your loan funded. And my group shares its rewards with you. 3 Year loan term with no prepayment penalty.
