This group is for all Real Estate Investors. We are a community of individuals interested in resdiential and commercial real estate. We welcome all indviduals interested in real estate to join, and we look forward to having you be part of our organization.

Conditions for joining the group:

Your minimum interest rate must be 7% or higher
Your credit rating must be AA, A, B or C (C users need to be screened)
Must have some interest in real estate investing
Please be sure that your membership request includes your email address, phone number, and brief description of you real estate investing experience

Loan Listing Requirements:

Only Loans with a credit rating of greater than C will be allowed
All listings must have a description of the loan that includes:

Why you want the loan.
Whether you plan to pay it back immediately or over the entire term.

If you have a C credit rating you should also include an example of your monthly income and expenses.
