* Offer solid advice and answer questions on the entire process with the goal of getting your funded and at the best possible rate.
* Bid whatever we can on each listing, give endorsements, and promote your listing in various ways, including linking your to BMZ.com.
* Provide excellent instruction on how to best create your listing. We are constantly improving and adding arsenal of tools to assist your borrowers.
What we don’t do...
* Require vetting of our group members.Vetting is available upon request, but it is not a requirement. We believe that a borrower’s personal information should be shared carefully. Prosper does not endorse vetting anywhere on their website and borrowers should proceed with caution in this area.
* Exclude a borrower based upon their credit grade or any other criteria. Everyone’s circumstances are unique and we’ll look at your situation and determine how we can best assist you in meeting your needs.
* Call you on the phone; unless you want or need a call.Our preference in communicating with you is via e-mail and we won’t harass you in any way. We understand you have a busy life.
