Requirements for joining DocProsper’s Credit Community
There are two ways to join our Credit Community:
By invitation
• If you have received a group invitation, you have already been approved and only need to sign up.
By request
• If you have not received an invitation, please contact the group leader requesting approval of membership. DocProsper’s Credit Community likes to see involvement in eCommerce with funds requested being used for business purposes. A working eCommerce website or eBay Powerseller ID is generally sufficient along with ability and a capacity to repay any loans received, to gain membership.
• If you do not meet the requirements above please contact me, and I will decide on a case-by-case basis.
Borrowers
Altruism does exist!
As group leader I believe in the concept of people-to-people lending, it has been around for thousands of years. I am pleased to be involved in a concept that updates that idea with an eBay style technology that makes it safe for the borrower and lender.
Community is the key to many successful online ventures, please notice that my group rewards are 100% shared, that means I am not profiting from being the leader of this group. Origination rewards are donated to the American Cancer Society. I hope you will look at other groups on Prosper and see what they are offering, then return to this group (DocProsper). I can save you a trip though, with 100% shared group rewards, you will find that this is a terrific group offering a terrific chance to be a part of something wonderful. Borrowers, in your membership request you should outline the nature of your loan, state and anything else *I* need to know. I am seeking all grades of credit for membership, what I am looking for is the best in each grade.
Lenders
The members of this group are admitted with repayment ability in mind. As a group Ieader, I will present to you borrowers who will deliver returns on your investment! I also ask lenders to join my group. I am a lender myself and appreciate growing both sides of this virtuous equation and the group intelligence.

- Create your member profile and add a picture of yourself. (This will help a group decide to accept you)
- Find a group to join! (give as much information as you are comfortable with to the groupleader)
- Explain why you need the loan.
- How you intend to repay it.
- What the loan will be used for.
- Include pictures of yourself, family, stock or business.
- Links to your eBay ID, website or organizations to which you belong.
- A short history or Bio
- 10 day listings = exposure = Lower rates
- Ask anyone you know to bid on your loan, Do not spam lenders.
- How lenders can contact you if they have questions.
